1. About this notice

2. Information entered into the enquiry-note creator

The contact page lets visitors type their optional name and reply email, enquiry category, class of interest and question. The website uses those details only in the visitor's browser to prepare a text note that can be copied. The website does not submit those fields to a school database, save them in the browser's persistent storage, or email them automatically. Email and WhatsApp drafts are opened only when visitors select the corresponding button; sending requires confirmation in that external app. School email and WhatsApp destinations must be confirmed by the school before the buttons can direct messages to those channels.

If you choose to copy the note and share it by telephone, messaging, email or another channel, that separate communication is subject to the recipient's and service provider's handling of information. Do not include a child's identification documents, medical records, passwords or other sensitive details in a copied enquiry note.

3. Technical information when the site is visited

The hosting provider, Cloudflare, can process technical information associated with website requests—such as IP address, browser and device information, request timing and security signals—to deliver and protect the site. The school website itself currently contains no custom analytics dashboard, visitor account system, advertising pixels, or online payments. The availability, retention and use of hosting logs depend on the provider's configuration and policies.

4. Third-party services

Web fonts are requested from Google Fonts; those requests can share standard connection information with Google. A map is available on the contact page, but the embedded Google Map is loaded only after you select Load map. The website also links to Google Maps for directions. Opening these services may involve separate data collection and cookies under Google's policies.

Visitors can choose to use the school phone number or address without loading the embedded map. Email-sharing opens the visitor’s email application; WhatsApp-sharing opens WhatsApp. Both are independent services with their own privacy policies.

5. Children and photographs

This website is intended mainly to inform parents, guardians, students and the public. Photographs of school activities may show children. Public publication of identifiable student photographs should be approved by the school and supported by appropriate guardian consent or another valid basis. The presence of an image on a public listing does not establish that it is authorized for republishing on this site.

If a parent or guardian has concerns about an image, they should contact the school office at the listed telephone number and specify which page or photograph needs review. The website should not be used to collect personal information directly from children without appropriate controls.

6. Security and changes

The website uses HTTPS when served from its Cloudflare address. No website can promise absolute security. If online admissions, payments, analytics, accounts or live submission forms are introduced later, this notice must be reviewed and updated before those features are made available.
