Children come first.
Guidance on images of school activities, respectful sharing, and how to raise a concern about published photographs.
Real school moments deserve careful treatment.
Some photos on this website show identifiable students. Before the site is promoted as an official school publication, the school should verify publication rights and appropriate parent or guardian permissions for each relevant image. Publicly visible photos are not automatically free to republish.
1. Showing school life responsibly
Photos are included to illustrate classroom learning, sports, celebrations and shared school experiences—not to create public profiles of individual children. Captions should describe activities rather than expose a student's full name, contact details, home address, school records or other private details.
2. Permission and review
School administrators should review photographs before publication and verify the relevant permissions, especially for children. If the required authorization cannot be established, the image should be replaced or removed. Photo permissions should be revisited if the intended use changes.
3. Requesting a review or removal
Parents and guardians who have a concern about a photograph can call the school at +91 91010 36959, provide the webpage address and a description of the image, and ask the administration to review it. Avoid posting identifying details of a child publicly in order to make a request.
4. Visitor safety
Visitors should avoid downloading or re-sharing student photos without appropriate permission. Do not tag or identify students publicly, and do not submit a child's personal details through the enquiry-note creator. If you need to report a safeguarding issue, use a direct, trusted channel with the school rather than a public website comment or gallery.
5. Scope of this notice
This notice describes how images should be handled on this website; it is not a claim that the school has adopted a comprehensive child protection or safeguarding procedure. A formal school-wide child safeguarding policy must be approved and communicated separately by the school's responsible leadership.
Prepared: 3 November 2026 — for school review.
